Terms of Service

My Golf Coach lets parents log their junior golfer's rounds by voice, get an AI-generated diagnosis of the round, and follow a personalized practice plan.

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. AI-generated content is a coaching aid, not a substitute for a certified golf instructor, a medical professional, or professional advice of any kind. Diagnoses, drills, and plans are generated by machine-learning models and may contain mistakes. Use your own judgment — and your kid's coach's judgment — about what to actually practice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may add "player" profiles for junior golfers under your care (your own children or kids you legally supervise). Don't add profiles for children you are not responsible for.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person per account. Don't share an account across multiple parents in ways that would obscure who is responsible.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Upload audio of anyone who hasn't consented to being recorded.
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models or prompts.
• Scrape, spam, or otherwise abuse the service's infrastructure.
• Use the service to generate content that violates third-party rights.

Hole transcripts, diagnoses, and practice plans are produced by machine-learning models. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Treat them as a starting point for discussion with your coach, not as authoritative coaching advice.

The service may be free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will notify you in advance and give you a chance to decide whether to subscribe. Pricing, terms, and refund policies for paid plans will be presented at the point of purchase.

You retain ownership of the data you enter (player names, round transcripts, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process that data in order to operate the service — i.e., to send it to our AI providers, store it, display it back to you, and use it to generate diagnoses and plans.

The My Golf Coach name, logo, software, and prompts are our property. Don't copy them.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by emailing lv@fiftyfive.music. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe pose security or legal risk, or after extended inactivity.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) $50.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll email you at the address on file. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
